Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the OMTOGETHER mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. The App is operated by TOR.ENERGY, IE ("we," "us," or "our"), registered in Tbilisi, Georgia.

2. Description of Service

OMTOGETHER is a meditation application that rewards users with digital tokens (OMTG) for practicing meditation. The App provides solo and group meditation sessions, a referral program, and participation in Global Meditation Events (GME).

3. User Accounts

To use the App, you must create an account by providing a valid email address or signing in through a supported third-party provider (Google, Apple, Telegram). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. OMTG Tokens

OMTG tokens are digital assets earned through meditation activities within the App. Tokens are initially accrued as internal credits (OMTGc) and may be converted to blockchain-based tokens (OMTG) on the TON network during Global Meditation Events. Token values are not guaranteed, and we make no representations regarding the future value of OMTG tokens. Tokens are not securities and do not represent ownership in any entity.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to manipulate token accruals through automated means, fake accounts, or fraudulent activity; (c) interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers; (d) impersonate another person or entity; (e) sell, trade, or transfer your account to another person without our consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of TOR.ENERGY, IE and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TOR.ENERGY, IE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted within the App and on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
