By downloading, installing, or using the OMTOGETHER mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
The App is operated by TOR.ENERGY, IE ("we," "us," or "our"), registered in Tbilisi, Georgia.
OMTOGETHER is a meditation and mindfulness application that rewards users with digital tokens (OMTG) for practicing meditation. The App provides:
To use the App, you must create an account by providing a valid email address or signing in through a supported third-party provider (Google, Apple, Telegram).
You are responsible for:
OMTG tokens are digital utility tokens earned through meditation activities within the App. They are not securities, do not represent ownership in any entity, and do not constitute an investment instrument.
Tokens are initially accrued as internal credits (OMTGc — pending balance). OMTGc are not transferable, not tradeable, and exist only within the App's internal accounting system.
OMTGc may be converted to blockchain-based tokens (OMTG) on the TON network during Global Meditation Events (GME), subject to:
If no wallet is connected at the time of GME, the released balance is held internally until a wallet is connected.
During GME events, a portion of released tokens (sale pool) becomes available for purchase directly within the App or on our website. By purchasing tokens:
Proceeds from token sales are directed to the project Treasury to fund operations and community initiatives.
Users may voluntarily donate funds to the project Treasury. Donations are non-refundable and do not entitle the donor to any rights, tokens, or returns.
The project Treasury is a fund used for:
Treasury balance is publicly displayed within the App. The Treasury backing rate (total donations divided by total OMTGc in the system) is an informational metric only and does not represent a guaranteed redemption price.
Token holders may participate in governance votes regarding Treasury-funded initiatives. Governance rights are limited to voting on proposals and do not constitute ownership, control, or any legal right over the project or its assets.

The OMTOGETHER App — including meditation sessions, streak tracking, GME participation, and earning OMTGc through practice — is available globally with no geographic restrictions.

By purchasing tokens through the sale pool, you confirm you are not a resident or citizen of a jurisdiction listed above.
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — are the exclusive property of TOR.ENERGY, IE and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TOR.ENERGY, IE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted within the App and on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
