Delete your account and data
You can delete your OMtogether account and all associated personal data at any time. Below are the available methods.
Method 1 — In the app (recommended)
Open the OMtogether app and follow these steps:
- Open Profile
- Go to Settings → Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion
Method 2 — Email request
If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account:
Email om@omtogether.appInclude your username (if you remember it) so we can locate the right account. We process requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted within 30 days
- Profile data: name, email, avatar, bio, username
- Practice history and session logs
- Off-chain token transaction history (OMTGc and pending OMTG)
- Group memberships and chat messages
- Push notification tokens and support communications
What we keep (and why)
- Anonymised aggregate analytics — cannot be linked to you
- Financial records required by law (tax/accounting) — up to 5 years
- On-chain TON blockchain transactions — public and permanent, beyond our control
Account deletion is permanent. Any unclaimed OMTGc points, streaks, and earned badges are lost. On-chain OMTG tokens remain in your TON wallet — only the link to your OMtogether profile is removed.
